I'm a Therapist, Advanced Skills English Teacher and speaker. I have spent 20 years working in education and through extensive training and working with thousands of young people, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge on how the brain develops and learns. Now, as a fully certified Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, I have a more specialised  understanding of how to support the people I work with at the emotional and psychological level.

Teaching, both in the UK and internationally, I have seen many times how the things we believe about ourselves and the behaviour patterns we have can impact upon our performance in all aspects of life: relationships, health, performance and, perhaps most significantly, our self esteem. By addressing these habits of thought, we can unlock our potential.

Having used Rapid Transformational Therapy in my own life, I now use this method to support and transform the adults and children I work with. I want to help you remove the blocks in your life that are holding you back, keeping you feeling stuck or in pain. You can achieve your full potential and I can guide you on your way to the happy, healthy life you deserve.

    About Rapid Transformational Therapy

RTT is a hybrid form of therapy based on neuroscience, incorporating the most beneficial principles of cognitive behavoural therapy (CBT), psychotherapy and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) in addition to the most beneficial elements of hypnotherapy meaning the therapist can select the most appropriate tools to treat the individual needs of the client.

 

Unlike some other forms of talk therapy, RTT is a short term therapy that focuses on the root cause of issues and helps you to understand and reframe subconscious behaviour patterns and looping thoughts. It is a solution-based therapy that is both rapid and long lasting. Once you understand and gain awareness of what drives your behaviour, you have the power to fix it in a rapid and lasting way. Together, we can look at where you've been, but focus on where you want to go.

Change directed by the conscious mind has its limits. That's why we find ourselves repeating unwanted behaviours and making the same New Year's resolutions over and over. To change, we need more than just will power and logic.

 

RTT has been recognised for its unparalleled results and is accredited by many regulatory bodies as well as being acknowledged by the Royal School of Medicine in New York and London.

How does RTT work?

RTT uncovers subconscious patterns that run many unwanted behaviours, habits and thoughts. Often, the meanings we attach to our early experiences create ideas and looping thoughts that can drive our behaviour even into adulthood. RTT allows us to understand the root causes for these patterns in order to eradicate and release them from our lives. Together, we then replace those old negative patterns and beliefs with new, healthy, positives ones that create deep and lasting transformation.   

It is a simple and effective, proven process.

 

 

 

As a rule, most issues can be treated in 1-3 sessions, with many clients requiring only a single session. Certain issues need longer term support which will be discussed during your discovery call.
